Superior management bodies of the companies that form URALCHEM are the shareholders’ general meetings for open joint-stock companies and members' general meetings for limited liability companies. General management of the companies’ work is carried out by the Boards of Directors, elected by stockholders/members general meetings for the period till the next annual stockholders/members meeting takes place. Genegal management of URALCHEM MC LLC is carried out by URALCHEM OJSC.

Authority of executive management of Azot OJSC, KCCW OJSC and KCCW MFP OJSC is deligated to URALCHEM MC LLC.
