Born in 1968. Graduate of Minsk Suvorov Military School and Moscow State Institute of International relations (Department of Economics). From the middle 1990s Mr. Mazepin held the top management positions in government institutions and large companies such as Tyumen oil company, Nizhnevartovskneftegas, Kuzbassugol Coal company, Russian Federal Property Fund. From 2002 till 2003 Mr. Mazepin held the position of Chief Executive Officer of AK SIBUR. Since 2007, Dmitry Mazepin is Chairman of the Board of Directors of URALCHEM.
Dmitry V. Konyaev

Born in 1971. Graduate of Moscow State University (Department of Economics), California State University Hayward (MBA). From 1998 he held a number of senior management positions in Sederrot International AB, Mineral Trading, UralKali Trading SA (Singapore). From 2007 till 2011, he held the positions Commercial Director of URALCHEM. Since 2011, Dmitry Konyaev is Chief Executive Officer of URALCHEM.

Born in 1966. Graduate of Gorkiy State University (Radiophysics and Cybernetics Department). From the middle 1990s he held the top management positions in large chemical companies: Khimprom (Volgograd), Propan-Butanovaya Company, Sibur-Khimprom. From 2005 till 2007, Mr. Osipov served as CEO of KCCW OJSC, a subsidary of URALCHEM. From 2007 till 2011, he held the positions Chief Executive Officer of URALCHEM. Since 2011, Dmitry Osipov is Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of URALCHEM.

Born in 1967. Graduate of Voronezh State University (Department of Law), Institute of Business and Commercial Administration of the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (EMBA course). From 1993 he held top management positions in legal departments of various of companies: Infistrakh, KredoBank, Alfa-Eco Group, AK SIBUR. Since 2007, Dimitry Tatyanin is Legal Director of URALCHEM.
Mikhail V. Genkin

Born in 1968. Graduate of Gorkiy State University (Radiophysics and Cybernetics department). From the middle 1990s he held the top management positions in large chemical companies: National Gas Company and AK SIBUR. Since 2007, Mikhail Genkin is Business Development Director of URALCHEM.
Yulia E. Orlovskaya

Born in 1972. She is a graduate of Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia (School of International Economic Relations).
Since 1996 Ms Orlovskaya had held a number of positions in marketing at the Coca-Cola Company and Kraft Foods. In the period from 2005 to 2008 she was Marketing Director at SladCo Confectionary Association. Up to 2009, Yulia had held the position of Marketing Director at GE Money Bank. Since 2009, Yulia Orlovskaya is Advisor to Chairman of the Board of Directors of URALCHEM.
Petr V. Krupnov

Born in 1962. Graduate of Novopolotsk Polytechnical Institute with a degree in Oil and Gas Processing Technology. Mr.Krupnov holds the title of Honorary Petrochemist (2004). For over 10 years he worked at Polymer Production Association (Novopolotsk) where he held top-management positions. From 2002 to 2003 Mr. Krupnov was the Director General at Sibur-Tumen (Nizhnevartovsk, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area). From 2003 to 2010 he worked as Director General at Sibur-Neftekhim (Nizhniy Novgorod). In 2010 he was appointed to the position of Advisor to the President of SIBUR, LLC (Moscow). Since June 2011 Mr.Krupnov has been a member of the Board of Directors of URALCHEM.
Sophie Joelle Lyse Vergnas Sokolov

Born in 1963. Graduate of ESCP Business School of Management, Paris, France. For more than 10 years Mrs Vergnas Sokolov has held top management positions in foreign companies doing business in Russia such as Xerox, SEB and Pillsbury. She has headed Amrop Russia as a Managing Partner since 2001. Mrs Vergnas Sokolov is a Member of the Commercial Council with the Embassy of France in Russia, she is awarded with the French Merit Order (Chevalier de L’ordre du Merite). In June 2010 she is elected to the Board of Directors of URALCHEM.
