*REACH is the new Regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and
Restriction of Chemicals introduced by the European Union. According to the new
regulation, all chemicals imported to the territory of the European Union must

process comprises preliminary registration (pre-registration) (June 1, 2008 to

export to the European Union). The companies which fail to register with the
ECA will not be able to export their products to the European Union after the
indicated date.
