Open Joint Stock Company United Chemical Company URALCHEM is created

After all the assets controlled by entrepreneur Dmitry Mazepin have been reorganized,  Open Joint Stock Company United Chemical Company URALCHEM specializing in production of mineral fertilizers is created. At the moment productive assets of URALCHEM, OJSC include 77.3% of the voting stock of Kirovo-Chepetsk Chemical Works, OJSC, Kirovo-Chepetsk, Kirov region (KCCW); 77.84% of the stock of Azot, OJSC, Berezniki, Perm region; URALCHEM MC, LLC; URALCHEM-TRANS, LLC; URALCHEM FREIGHT LIMITED.

URALCHEM does not include Galogen, OJSC (Perm) and KCCW Polymer Plant LLC. These assets will form an independent polymers holding.

Dmitry Mazepin is the Chairman of Board of Directors of URALCHEM, Dmitry Osipov is the CEO, Anton Vishanenko is the CFO.
