Long-term agreements for natural gas supplies are made
URALCHEM, OJSC announces that long-term agreements are made with Gazprom and NOVATEK for natural gas supplies for the period until 2012.
The volume of natural gas supplies from NOVATEK, OJSC in accordance with the long-term exclusive agreement will amount to 525 million m3 in 2008 and will be over 1 billion m3 in 2009.
The volume of natural gas supplies from Gazprom, OJSC (through Mezhregiongaz LLC) in 2008 in accordance with the long-term agreement will be over 1,8 billion m3, in 2009 – the same.
From 2009 URALCHEM will be purchasing more then 98% of required natural gas on the basis of long-term agreements with Gazprom, OJSC and NOVATEK, OJSC.
Dmitry Osipov, CEO of URALCHEM said that “the long-term cooperation with the largest world and Russian producers of natural gas will enable the company to secure sustainable and efficient work of its enterprises".
