KCCW distributed profits for 9 months of 2007

URALCHEM, OJSC announces that on 17 January, 2008 the dividends on preferred stock of Kirovo-Chepetsk Chemical Works, OJSC for 9 months of 2007 were fully paid.  

In accordance with clause 5 of article 32 of the Federal Law “About joint-stock companies” dated 18 January, 2008 the right of preferred shareholders to take part in the general shareholders meeting with the voting right is forfeited.
