Apatite to supply VMF with the feedstock

Having considered the appeal by Apatite, OJSC (PhosAgro), on March 2, the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal in Moscow held to force Apatite to conclude a direct long-term contract with Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers, OJSC (URALCHEM) for supplies of apatite in 2009-2011. The release by VMF says that the award confirmed the ruling of the Arbitration Court of Moscow as of 27 October, 2008. In accordance with the ruling Apatite must conclude a contract with Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers, OJSC for supply of 920 tonnes of apatite per year in the years 2009-2011. In 2009, the price per 1 tonne of apatite shall equal to 3050 roubles.
