Over the past week, a number of media outlets published materials containing false allegations that aim to damage the business reputation of Uralchem JSC and its management.

Dmitry Mazepin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of URALCHEM, JSC and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Uralkali, PJSC took part in the meeting of the Russia-Africa Business Council under Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. The event was timed to the preparation of the economic forum and the Russia-Africa Summit in October of this year.

Today Komsomolsky District Court of Togliatti convicted Vladimir and Sergey Makhlai, Evgeny Korolev and Beat Ruprecht and Andreas Zivy. Judicial inquiry established the guilt of the defendants on part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the RF – large-scale fraud committed by an organized group.

URALCHEM, JSC participated in the 23rd St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) held from 6 to 8 June.
