URALCHEM JSC informs that Dmitry Trushkov was appointed as General Director of Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers, JSC on August 31, 2020. Previously, he leaded KCKK Branch of URALCHEM, JSC in Kirovo-Chepetsk. Also, on August 31, 2020, Anatoly Shablinsky, who previously held the position of General Director of VMF, was appointed Director of the KCKK Branch of URALCHEM, JSC in Kirovo-Chepetsk.


In order to file further claims related to the fact of damage caused by the theft of Togliattiazot profits through a fraudulent scheme involving the Swiss offshore company Nitrochem Distribution AG, URALCHEM JSC has initiated a disclosure procedure in the US courts under Section 1782 of Title 28 of the US Code, which allows to obtain evidence in support of lawsuits outside the United States.

Azot Branch of URALCHEM, JSC in Berezniki has resumed full-scale production. All of the start-up operations at the production site were carried out successfully. All departments of the enterprise reached the required capacity.
URALCHEM halted the operation of its Azot Branch located in Berezniki, Perm Krai due to the calcium chloride content rising abruptly in the Kama river from which the plant takes water for production.
