The joint booth of URALCHEM and Uralkali provided current information about the companies and their products. In the conference areas, the Forum participants were able to meet with representatives of URALCHEM and Uralkali. The delegations of both companies included Dmitry Mazepin, the Chairman of URALCHEM Board of Directors, Deputy Chairman of Uralkali Board of Directors, and Dmitry Konyaev and Dmitry Osipov, CEOs of the companies.

Elena Vaenga, a favourite with the public, gave a holiday concert in Jurmala. Intars Busulis, one of the most popular Latvian singers, was the special guest. The tour was organized by ART Forte Production Company to celebrate Russia Day; the tour was supported by the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Latvia, URALCHEM, and Severstal. The First Baltic Channel provided information support.

URALCHEM representatives attended the 84^th annual conference of the International Fertilizer Association (IFA), which was held in Russia for the first time.

Overall production of URALCHEM Group in the first quarter of 2016 reached 1.6 million tons. Thus, its output has grown by 4% compared with the same period last year.

In 2015 JSC URALCHEM channelled more than 300 million rubles into ecology-related campaigns compared to 284 million rubles in the previous year.

In 2015, the URALCHEM Group increased its funding for social and charitable programs to 531 million rubles. Compared to the year 2014, this increase amounted to 126%.

In 2015, as part of a five-year programme to improve energy production and resource efficiency at the facilities, JSC URALCHEM implemented measures amounting to more than 97 million rubles.

In February, Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers Company switched to producing water-soluble fertilizers on an industrial scale.

Based on its 2015 performance, URALCHEM strengthened its position as the Russian leader in production of ammonium nitrate. Last year the total gross product output amounted to 2 million 928 thousand tons.

URALCHEM, JSC won the silver prize at the SAP Quality Awards 2015 CIS for its projects introducing the SuccessFactors system in the nomination category Advanced Technologies. The competition has been held annually for the last eight years by SAP, a global company specializing in the development of corporate applications.
