On March 9 and 10, at the stage of the Latvian National Opera, St. Petersburg Eifman Ballet presented the revived Russian Hamlet ballet, accompanied by the Symphony Orchestra of the D.D. Shostakovich St. Petersburg Academic Philharmonic.

On November 26, 2019, Samara Regional court rendered its decision after hearing the appeal filed by lawyers of the defendants in Togliattiazot case, who had been previously found guilty by Komsomolsky District Court of Togliatti.

Within the framework of the Russia – Africa Economic forum, a Memorandum of understanding was signed between URALCHEM and Grupo Opaia SA which provides the creation of a joint ammonia and urea production complex.

Over the past week, a number of media outlets published materials containing false allegations that aim to damage the business reputation of Uralchem JSC and its management.


Dmitry Mazepin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of URALCHEM, JSC and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Uralkali, PJSC took part in the meeting of the Russia-Africa Business Council under Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. The event was timed to the preparation of the economic forum and the Russia-Africa Summit in October of this year.


Today Komsomolsky District Court of Togliatti convicted Vladimir and Sergey Makhlai, Evgeny Korolev and Beat Ruprecht and Andreas Zivy. Judicial inquiry established the guilt of the defendants on part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the RF – large-scale fraud committed by an organized group.

In November 2016, Trafalgar Developments Limited, together with three other offshore trustees*, sued Uralchem JSC and other defendants in the High Court of Ireland (record No. 9981P/2016).
