On 3 March, 2008 the information and the documents, which form the system of URALCHEM, OJSC registered securities’ holders register maintenance were transferred to Registrator NIKoil, OJSC, an independent Registrar (the Federal Financial Markets Service Certificate for Activities on Register Maintenance No. 10-000-1-00290 dated 17 June, 2003, for an undefined validity period).
