New appointments in the structure of URALCHEM JSC

URALCHEM JSC informs that Dmitry Trushkov was appointed as General Director of Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers, JSC on August 31, 2020. Previously, he leaded KCKK Branch of URALCHEM, JSC in Kirovo-Chepetsk. Also, on August 31, 2020, Anatoly Shablinsky, who previously held the position of General Director of VMF, was appointed Director of the KCKK Branch of URALCHEM, JSC in Kirovo-Chepetsk.

Staff rotation was carried out in order to improve the efficiency of the production process at the sites of URALCHEM holding.

Dmitry Trushkov has worked in various engineering and management positions in energy companies of Kirov since 2003. In 2011-2013, he headed “the Kirov branch for the implementation of priority investment projects”. He led the implementation of one of the largest investment projects in the Kirov region and the largest project in Kirovo-Chepetsk as "Reconstruction of the Kirov TPP-3 with the use of CCGT", worth 8.3 billion rubles: From 2013 to 2016, he hold the position of Director of such Kirov branch as “T Plus”. From 2016 to 2018, he managed the Samara branch of “T Plus”. Since 2018, Trushkov has held the position of Director of KCKK Branch of URALCHEM, JSC in Kirovo-Chepetsk.

Anatoly Shablinsky has extensive managerial experience. From 1996 to 2012, he held a number of positions in "Gomel Сhemical Plant" JSC. From 2012 to 2014, he was the chief engineer of the company as “Gipspromresurs” and from 2014 to 2017, he headed the Belarusian petrochemical enterprise. Since June 2017, Shablinsky has held the position of Director of Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers JSC. In 2019, he was included in the rating of the "TOP 1000 Russian managers", organized by the Kommersant and the Association of managers of Russia.

General Director of URALCHEM, Sergey Momtsemlidze thanked Anatoly Shablinsky and Dmitry Trushkov for their good work and excellent performance. He commented the main activities of the top managers in the new locations: "The Priorities of both plants will remain: product quality, environmental protection and industrial safety. Implementation of the all projects on modernization and improvement of technological and management processes will definitely continue. In addition, URALCHEM will develop and strengthen the practice of social partnership between its branches and the cities of Kirovo-Chepetsk and Voskresensk, as well as the Kirov and Moscow regions".
