"Any business always grows and develops thinking about the future. This is why it is so important to integrate new ideas and the people who will implement them. URALCHEM is interested in young personnel and cooperates with specialized educational institutions of the country.

Together with the Russian-Belarusian Business Council, we want to launch an initiative to help expelled students of Minsk so that they do not leave for Poland or Lithuania, but come to Moscow or Saint Petersburg to get their education. The Council is ready to take on financial issues. Russia and Belarus are a Union state, and we do this because we care."

The forum brings together leaders and experts in the field of economics, technological and social development, non-profit organizations, education, urban environment, government representatives and concerned citizens to jointly design, collect and discuss such ideas and projects. The event’s co-organizers are the Agency for strategic initiatives (ASI) and the Roscongress Foundation.
