Uralchem (the Company) published its 2021 ESG Report, which highlights the Company’s efforts and achievements in sustainability including environmental protection, employee health and well-being, as well as development of local communities. The ESG Report can be found here.

The document also presents Uralchem’s progress in the implementation of its ESG Strategy adopted in 2021. The publication of the ESG Report confirms Uralchem’s commitment to sustainability principles and stresses the importance of stakeholder engagement.

The ESG Report was prepared in line with reporting standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and also follows recommendations of the Тask Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
