URALCHEM paid 3 billion roubles in taxes and contributions in the first half of 2012

Moscow, Russia – 07 August 2012. In the first half of 2012 the enterprises of the URALCHEM Group paid a total of almost 3 billion roubles in taxes and social insurance payments at all levels: Azot Branch in Berezniki, Perm Region, JSC Perm Mineral Fertilizers, MFP Kirovo-Chepetsk Chemical Works in Kirovo-Chepetsk, Kirov region, Voskresensk Mineral Fertilisers in Voskresensk, Moscow region, as well as Trading House URALCHEM and URALCHEM-TRANS.

Out of this the federal budget received 554 million roubles, regional and local budgets received more than 1,830 million roubles. The companies of the URALCHEM Group paid 586 million roubles to social funds.

In 2011 the enterprises of URALCHEM paid a record of 6 billion roubles in taxes, fees and contributions at all levels.

Dmitry Konyaev, CEO of URALCHEM, OJSC said, "URALCHEM confirms its status of the primary tax payer in the regions where it has a presence. Stable tax payments provide for solving important issues of socio-economic development of the regions and improving people's lives."
