Moscow, Russia – 07 June 2012. In 2011 the enterprises of the URALCHEM Group paid a total of almost 6 billion roubles in tax and social insurance payments at all levels: Azot Branch in Berezniki, Perm Region, JSC Perm Mineral Fertilizers in Perm, MFP Kirovo-Chepetsk Chemical Works in Kirovo-Chepetsk, Kirov region and Voskresensk Mineral Fertilisers in Voskresensk, Moscow region.
Azot Branch in Berezniki in 2011 paid taxes, fees and contributions a total amount of 544.0 million roubles. Out of this the federal budget received 1.9 million roubles, regional and local budgets received 204.6 million roubles. The enterprise paid 337.5 million roubles to social funds.
JSC Perm Mineral Fertilizers in Perm in 2011 paid a total of 1,374.6 million roubles in taxes, fees and contributions, 714.3 million roubles of which was paid to the federal budget. The enterprise paid 512.9 million roubles to the regional and local budgets. The social insurance payments comprised 147.4 million roubles.
Voskresensk Mineral Fertilisers plant, the largest taxpayer in Voskresensk District of the Moscow region, in 2011 paid a total of 410.1 million roubles of taxes, fees and contributions. Out of this the federal budget received 17.8 million roubles, the regional and local budgets received 155.5 million roubles. The enterprise paid about 240 million roubles to social funds.
From 2011 results, MFP Kirovo-Chepetsk Chemical Works was recognized as the primary taxpayer in the Kirov region. In 2011 the company paid taxes, fees and contributions in the total amount of 2,756.6 million roubles. Of this, the federal budget received 269.7 million roubles, regional and local budgets received 2,234.3 million roubles. The plant paid 252.6 million roubles to social funds.

A number of important social programs are being implemented through close cooperation between the enterprises of URALCHEM and the municipal and regional authorities. Thus, due to tax payments above the planned figures from MFP Kirovo-Chepetsk Chemical Works, the Kirov region was able to allocate funds for the construction of a kindergarten and the launch of the "Official Housing" project.
