Moscow - January 25, 2011 - URALCHEM, Open Joint Stock Company announces new appointments. 

Dmitry Osipov, the Chief Executive Officer of URALCHEM, OJSC is appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. He will be responsible for strategic issues in the company’s business.

From 25 January, 2011 Dmitry Konyaev, the Commercial Director will hold the position of Chief Executive Officer of URALCHEM, OJSC. He will be in charge of day-to-day operations management of the company.
