The United Service Centre Branch of Uralchem in Perm

The United Service Centre (USC) is a multi-functional service centre, which centralises, unifies, optimises and digitises routine processes of Uralchem. Established in 2013, it has transformed from a transaction centre to a full-fledged business partner, a financial and HR competence hub, a generator of new approaches, and a leader of change. USC today services more than 30,000 employees in 61 business units in four holdings.

The large-scale transformation of financial services aims to unify accounting and reporting processes. The HR block of activities is continuously expanded and optimised. For instance, the Single Window service was given additional functionality, and the call centre became more accessible for users in different locations. In procurement services, partial automation was introduced for faster and more transparent and user-friendly processes.

The United Service Centre offers more than 100 services in financial, HR, procurement, and regulatory processes.
