The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) included assets of Uralchem Group — Uralchem JSC and Uralkali PJSC — in the list of Russian leaders in sustainable development, corporate responsibility, and reporting. For their performance in 2025, both companies were listed in the highest Group A in two ESG indices: Responsibility and Transparency and Sustainable Development Vector.

Uralchem JSC and three Indian fertiliser companies — Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited, National Fertilizers Limited, and Indian Potash Limited — signed a memorandum of understanding to set up a joint venture to construct a urea plant in Russia. The signing ceremony was held in New Delhi, India.
