URALCHEM and Rusagro sign cooperation agreement

Today, during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2017), URALCHEM and Rusagro signed a cooperation agreement.

The document defines the key principles of cooperation in the field of supply and application of innovative mineral fertiliser grades, as well as allows for the provision of services in agricultural consulting in order to improve the efficiency of agricultural production. The companies also plan to conduct joint production tests of URALCHEM's products in Rusagro's cultivation areas.

First, it refers to the use of sulfonitrate, water-soluble complex fertilizers with micronutrients, as well as other types of fertilizers. During the spring-summer of 2017 and the autumn of 2017-spring of 2018, Rusagro plans to conduct a number of tests in relation to the agrotechnical efficiency of fertilizer applications on a number of crops grown by the company. This large-scale experiment will be run in an area of ​​more than 8,000 hectares in the Belgorod, Oryol, Kursk and Tambov regions.
