New appointments in URALCHEM
URALCHEM reports on organisational changes and new appointments in the Group.
On 15 May 2017, a new structural unit directly subordinate to the CEO was added to JSC URALCHEM – the Government Relations Directorate.
Rinat Gizatulin was appointed Deputy General Director of URALCHEM to coordinate the work of the Directorate. In 2002, he graduated from Perm State University with a degree in Political Science. In 2006, he was awarded the Ph.D. degree in History. Rinat Gizatulin worked more than 11 years in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, where he held key posts related to PR and media relations, environmental protection; for five years, he served as Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation. He is a Class 1 Active State Advisor. In 2015-2017, Rinat Gizatulin was Vice-President of PJSC AK ALROSA. In addition to the post of Deputy General Director of URALCHEM, Rinat Gizatulin was also appointed as an advisor to the CEO of PJSC Uralkali.
On 1 June 2017, Anatoly Shablinsky was appointed General Director of Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers, JSC. In this position, he replaced Sergey Drinevsky, who had held the post of General Director since 2012. In 2000, Anatoly graduated from Gomel State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and in 2004 graduated from Belarusian State University with a degree in International Management; he is also a graduate of the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. From 1996 to 2012, Anatoly held a number of posts at OJSC Gomel Chemical Plant; from 2012 to 2014, he was Chief Engineer of LLC Gipspromresurs. From 2014 to 2017, Anatoly headed a Belarusian petrochemical company.
URALCHEM's CEO Dmitry Konyaev, during his visit to VMF, expressed gratitude to Sergey Drinevsky, who had managed the branch for five years, for his great work in the difficult period for the chemical company. In turn, Sergey Drinevsky extended his appreciation to employees of VMF for having used all their knowledge and experience not only to save the company in the most difficult times, but also to bring it to a new level of stable operation.
