Key Assets of Uralchem Group Lead NRA’s ESG Ranking of Russian Industrial Companies

The National Rating Agency (NRA) published its annual ESG ranking of Russian industrial companies. Uralchem JSC and Uralkali PJSC, which are key assets of Uralchem Group, were named among the leaders of the ranking as companies that have advanced sustainability practices and actively integrate them into day-to-day activities.

The ranking reflects the results of a survey conducted by NRA, in which the participants’ ESG profiles were assessed against sustainable development laws and regulations of Russia, as well as international experience and best practices. The final list of the ranking’s entrants included 72 industrial companies, which published their sustainable development reports for 2023. The entrants were then assessed in terms of their environmental management practices, environmental and climate impacts, social investments, charity initiatives, and other factors.

The Group continuously implements measures to reduce its environmental impact, develop areas of its presence, address climate change issues, improve energy efficiency of its operations, and ensure environmental safety of its products.
