09.12.2025

The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) included assets of Uralchem Group — Uralchem JSC and Uralkali PJSC — in the list of Russian leaders in sustainable development, corporate responsibility, and reporting. For their performance in 2025, both companies were listed in the highest Group A in two ESG indices: Responsibility and Transparency and Sustainable Development Vector.

The Responsibility and Transparency index analyses the quality of corporate social responsibility disclosures and identifies priority directions for further development of sustainability practices, while the Sustainable Development Vector index assesses the environmental and social performance history of the participants.

RSPP has been issuing sustainable development, corporate responsibility, and reporting indices since 2014. The main purpose of this initiative is to create a set of tools for an independent appraisal of companies to promote a systemic perception of sustainable development and corporate responsibility, and to improve transparency and management of ESG activities. Since 2017, RSPP’s indices have been included in the international sustainability rating and index database.
