Uralchem publishes 2025 Sustainability Report
Uralchem (the Company) published its 2025 Sustainability Report. The full document is available here.
The report marks the Company’s fifth public non-financial disclosure and sets out Uralchem’s approach to sustainability management, alongside its ESG performance over the course of 2025.
For the first time, the report introduces the key pillars of the new Sustainability Strategy 2028. This strategy builds on the progress already made, while sharpening the focus on operational safety, environmental performance, community support, and sustainability of agriculture.
The publication also takes stock of the first ESG, launched in 2021. Over that period, the Company embedded sustainability principles into its corporate governance framework and day-to-day operations, introduced consistent risk management practices, established a carbon management system, and rolled out an automated assessment of suppliers against environmental and social criteria. All environmental targets set under the strategy were met, while on the social side, the Company ensured that every employee gained access to its corporate social programmes. One of the standout achievements was the commencement of a comprehensive programme for the development of host communities.
The company’s 2025 Sustainability Report was prepared in line with GRI, SASB, and IFRS S2 reporting standards. It also takes into account the methodological recommendations for sustainability reporting issued by Russia’s Ministry of Economic Development, and follows the Social Capital Standard of the Business Community. The document underwent an independent third-party verification.
